Laim-Tec Pte Ltd has been established in 2018. Our core business is trading of various range of specialized Conservation products from IBZ Germany & Bioline China based on Nano/Micro Lime Technology, meeting the requirement under the Preservation of Monument Guidelines. Prior to the establishment, upon intensive trainings by the manufacturers and our understanding of the regional conditions, the characteristics and technical aspects of each product, projects were undertaken under our sister company for repairs and restorations to historic building finishes. Laim-Tec has also established a production sector for epoxies, waterproofing system as well as Terrazzo. Our company's overall strategy will be based on a continuing improvement process of setting objectives, measuring results, and providing feedback to facilitate further growth and progress with our valued client.
